- Washington manager Frank Robinson ejected by HP umpire Jeff Nelson for claiming that ball 1 to Diaz was actually a swing
- Offerman thought ball had been caught by pitcher and he went back to 1st. But it was a grounder into center, so he was out at second on an easy force
