Tigers pitchers made an error in each of the five games
the swing for strike two on Albert Pujols was called by 1B umpire Tim McClelland; Pujols flipped his bat in the air and failed to catch it; HP umpire John Hirschbeck called Pujols out on the next pitch with a big motion and McClelland stared at Pujols as the latter walked back to and went in the dugout
