The rain that had started with the first pitch became quite a shower when the Giants came to bat in the 2nd inning.
Against RF wall. One of the fans in the pavilion leaned over and interfered with the ball which prevented Purdy from advancing more than two bases on the hit and he stopped at 3B. There was no mention of a ground-rules double.
