Dwyer ejected by HP umpire Kosc when the first pitch was called a strike; Dwyer was restrained by Twins manager Kelly; Castillo replaced Dwyer to complete his at bat; Red Sox manager Morgan went to mound and replaced Price with Smithson who was just about to pitch to Castillo when umpires realized that Price had to pitch to at least one batter, so Price was ordered back into game; Red Sox played game under protest
