  • Randolph distracted by the sun and the charging Winfield
  • Hit on the right arm
  • Popped out of Sullivan's mitt; no throw
  • Over LF fence on first hop
  • Over Rice's glove at the warning track just to the left of the 411' sign. Armas backed up the play.
  • Over the 410' sign in CF
  • Tolleson lost it in the sun
  • Just over LF fence
  • Henderson fumbled
  • Pagliarulo: running catch

  • Barrett: whirling play
  • Rice collided with Owen but hung on. While Rice was lying on the ground in foul territory with Owen, a fan reached over and grabbed his cap. Owen was badly shaken and the trainer came out to attend to him for several minutes before escorting him to the dugout. Before play resumed, Rice vaulted the railing and went 10 rows up into the stands to confront the fan with his cap. After another several minutes' delay Rice eventually got his cap back with the aid of security guards.
