Kaline had ball in glove before he collided with Northrup; Kaline was dazed, apparently swallowed his tongue and was turning blue with his jaws locked; Horton ran over from left field, pried Kaline's mouth open and loosened his tongue before trainer arrived; Kaline left on stretcher
