Twins manager Baldelli ejected by 1B umpire Tichenor for arguing the ruling that his talking to pitcher Sanchez during the bench-clearing incident following Altuve's HBP constituted a mound visit and therefore when pitching coach Maki visited Sanchez following Gurriel's walk Sanchez had to be removed from the game per the 'two-visits-per-pitcher-per-inning' rule
