Notes & reviews

After ball four Brooklyn catcher Henline rolled ball toward the Brooklyn bench and asked the umpire for another ball; umpire refused and during the ensuing argument Wrightstone circled the bases. Eventually Wrightstone was sent back to second as the ball was deemed to have rolled out of play.
