Notes & reviews

Rapp ejected by HP umpire Moran for arguing balls and strikes. The ejection occurred while the pitcher was delivering a pitch on which Rapp singled. The single was allowed to stand and Rapp was removed for a pinch-runner after he reached 1st base.
