  • Yankees' Ford, not in game, ejected by 1B umpire Stevens for arguing Hatfield was out at 1st.
  • Howard suffered injured finger from Pierce's foul tip
  • Phillips slipped and fell in a puddle; the ball rolled to the bullpen. Richardson overslid 3B.
