Notes & reviews
- While Vitt argued with Ump Connolly on the decision at 3B, 3B Coach Altrock asked Vitt for the ball. Altrock side- stepped Vitt's toss and let it roll to the stands. Since time out had not been called, Menosky was allowed to score.
