Protest=V
3bman Baker threw to catcher Nunamaker and Foster reversed direction and headed back to 3rd. In the meantime Milan advanced to 3rd. Foster took a few steps past 3rd (into left field) without stepping on 3rd. Nunamaker tagged Milan standing on 3rd base and then tagged Foster who was off the base. Umpire Dinneen called Foster out. Yankees protested game claiming that Milan should also have been called out (protest was disallowed).
Henry overthrew third after retrieving passed ball
