Rawlings called for interference with the throw to 1B; Giants Youngs, not in game, ejected from bench by 1B umpire Rigler for arguing the interference call
1B umpire Rigler called Pinelli out then reversed his decision
Rawlings ejected by HP umpire McCormick for arguing balls and strikes mid-at-bat; when manager McGraw sent Youngs to hit for Rawlings, the umpires did not allow it as Youngs had been ejected in 5th inning (unbeknownst to the Giants); Groh was then sent up to bat for Rawlings
