  • Ball got away from Picinich after strikeout.
  • Jones and Cobb had to hold bases on error by Bush.
  • 2bman Harris dropped popup in shallow right field but got force out at 2B (no error was charged even though Veach scored from 3B on the misplay)
  • 1bman Blue caught line drive and tried to double-off Shanks at 2B; SS Flagstead dropped the throw and it rolled to 2bman Young who threw out Miller trying to score from 3B
